What if the Assessment finds no worthwhile opportunity?
We tell you that, in writing, in the blueprint. You keep the workflow map and the numbers. We would rather lose a project than install a system that will not pay for itself.
Is the $1,500 credited?
Yes. If you proceed to the AI Operations Accelerator within 30 days of your findings session, the full $1,500 is credited toward implementation.
What qualifies as fixed scope?
Your proposal lists the systems, the integrations, the deliverables, and the price before you sign. Anything outside that list is quoted as a change order before any work happens, never billed by surprise.
Who owns the code?
You do. Full source code, documentation, and credentials transfer at handoff. If you leave, you take everything with you.
Are third-party software costs included?
No. Subscriptions your systems run on (CRM seats, API usage, hosting) are billed by those vendors directly to you. Your blueprint estimates them up front so there are no surprises.
What happens after the 30 days?
Your team runs the systems with the documentation and training we hand off. If you want us to monitor, tune, and expand them, that is the Performance Partnership, and it is optional.
Are these results from client projects?
The systems currently shown in our case studies were built and measured inside Key's Touch. We label them clearly because we do not present internal results as client outcomes.
